About the Site
The Site is an informational, pre-launch page for KineX. Features described here are in active development and may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. Nothing on the Site is a promise of a specific launch date, price, feature, or device compatibility.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist lets us email you about KineX, including launch and early-access updates. It does not guarantee access, a particular price, or any specific benefit. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing hello@kinexmotion.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit other people’s information without permission, or scrape it in a way that places an unreasonable load on our systems.
Not medical or fitness advice
KineX is a consumer product, not a medical device, and the Site does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program. You are responsible for training safely.
Intellectual property
The KineX name, logo, and the content of this Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KineX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
